    Recommend a car transporter company?

Fedex Passport, Horseless Carriages, Reliable just to name a few. These are all enclosed transport, so expect to pay $1400 or so. If he has Haggerty insurance, Fedex will give him a 10% discount. I have used all three and have been pleased with all three.

    302 surprise

Can I get in on some of that as well. Plenty of '68 C code 289's out there.

    What's this 69 Mach 1 worth?

A couple of people over on VMF went to see the Red one in person, and said the car was very nice. I didn't care for the fact that it was a color change car for that much money, but all in all, very nice car. If I was in the market for a 351 car, I would have been all over that Black one. The...

    What's this 69 Mach 1 worth?

I agree, that car is a $25-28K car, but do not undersell a 351 car. They are really climbing the price latter, especially if nicely done. It really is a nice blend of giving you the 69/70 Mach 1 car without the high cost of the BB ones. This one sold for $40K...

Help with Cost to Upholster Seats.

I had mine done last year for a little over $600, and I supplied the covers. It did include them custom cutting new foam for the rear seats.

Classic guys, I'm looking for advice.

Dave, interesting car. Fortunately, being a fastback will bring greater dollars. There are some issues there, and would like to see how the chassis looks. At some point the car appears to have been repainted. Looking at the pictures, and without seeing the chassis and seeing it first hand, I...

To Restore or Resto-Mod 68 Fastback

I guess I jumped the gun in not asking the media you were going to use. I just hate to see people make a big mistake with the crinkle.

    Won a new cobra! Question?

The GT500 is a beast and fun to drive. Just remember, there will be taxes to be paid on the car you won, so save some of the proceeds from the sale of the 03 to pay them.

To Restore or Resto-Mod 68 Fastback

What a great car to start with. If I would resto-mod, I would do it subtle, like bnickle says. A J code GT is more valuable. If it were mine, I would run a 331 in there, but make it look as stock as possible under the hood. Put modern suspension components and run a 5-speed. Keep with the...

TMI '65 Bucket Seats - Are they actually white?

I cannot say for the 65, but my '70 was more of an off white. I am pretty sure from what I have seen they are not bleach white. Other may be able to correct me.

    Roush Wow! $54K for a 93?

In fact, a GT350 that has been modified with a Paxton or Weber setup will be worth less than an original, so I guess it will have a discounted price. The reality is, you have people who do not care if it is modified or not, but some people like myself and several others on here would prefer...

2008 Mustang GT versus 2008 Dodge Charger R/T with.........

Hate to tell you this, but the Charger was a big arsed Sedan that had a large engine. Most of the Muscle cars in those days were considered family cars, but with large cubic inches under the hood. Lets see, Coronets (Super Bees), Beleveder (GTX), Charger, Road Runner, Lemans (GTO), Cutlass...

    Anyone heard of Allen Superchargers

Plus you cannot install in 6-8 hours and go. Turbos are sweet, but the reality is, they are a lot more work to install and get running then a blower.

    This possible with a 96-98 2v?

Just some advice. Wait to buy the car before all the parts. Things may change, and you may decide to go a different direction, and if that is the case, you will have a bunch of parts you may not need or want and you may be stuck with your old choice instead of your new choice.
