$150k in Receipts and Selling for $60K

Looks like pepboys fog lights to me. Then again...if you aren't careful and are paying someone to do everything to your car....it can get expensive...and you can't recoup the costs.

Static compression for Cam. The larger the overlap the more forgiving it will be to street fuel. I run 10.8:1 in my 410 with 4v open heads and it runs on 93 just fine without pinging and goes to 7500.

Change the rotating assembly to a stroker crank, piston, rods and it should be just fine on the street.

For those who have gone AOD, in here please... important ?

You need an adapter plate to hook the cable up to the carb otherwise it won't go through the correct range of motion with the rest of the linkages to control the pressure correctly.

Early 9" bearing dimensions? Not fitting rear

I had the same problem with my 57 ford 9 inch when I put new 31 spline strange axles in. I run a disc brake setup though. I bought simple slip on axle retainer plates and milled them down to the correct thickness I needed and use them as a spacer to give me the correct fit of the axle retainer...

    429 Fit?

If you switched to an Mii style setup and removed the shock towers sure you could put it in. If you are after a certain cool factor it works ok, but most people who seem to ask this question are looking for HP and think the way to do is to put in a big block. You can easily modify a small...

    tire rubbing issue?

Yes and mostly yes, there are variances depending on tire manufacture looking at 3 different 245 50 16 tires I see section widths of 9.8, 9.9, and 10. IME Nittos have been a little smaller overall than other brands....but I'm not a big fan of the 555s in anything other than perfectly dry and...

    tire rubbing issue?

Sorry those tires on those rims don't fit. You are going to be traveling at freeway speed one day hit a big bump and slam your fender onto your tire HARD doing damage to your car, your tire, and in the worse case scenario cause an accident when it happens. They really need to be about 1/8 inch...

Anybody running a C6 in an early Mustang?

I have around the HP level. I've on my 4th rebuild on the AOD in 8 years (the first 2 rebuilds happened in the first year of ownership and then I just had it 'freshened' up when I changed the stall from 3k to 3.5k 2 yrs ago). The trans is essentially a 4r70w with non-electronic control valve...

Anybody running a C6 in an early Mustang?

I ran a c6 behind a 351c in my 65 it fit without hitting the tunnel, but the car had a home made trans cross member so I can't provide any input as to what off the shelf parts to use for the installation.
