    How To Check Tps Voltage

    Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought the tps went by resistance? I've set mine many times with the throtle body off the car. Its much easier to get to on the 94-95s that way.I've always had to remove the IAC valve to get at the screws on the switch. Never had a problem doing it that way. Am I wrong?

    Sounds like it was a good time. I've tried to get my wife to come along to autocross events and drag raceing, but its just not gonna happen. Definatly there next week. May be the last time till July, but I'll have to wait and see. hopeing for 13's and better 60's with the new tires.

    Yes, the exhaust side is open, however where the valve attaches to the intake I have a 1/16 inch thick piece of aluminum as a block off so there is no actual open area, the intake is still sealed. I can send you a picture of it tonight if you would like.

    I went from shifting at 5500 rpms and running third gear out to shifting at 5400 1st to 2nd. 5200 second to third and 5000 3rd to 4th. Gained .2 on my et and picked up 6mph to run 14.2 at 102.2 this is with ported heads and a ported stock intake. B303 cam as well

    Yup Fox body BBK equal length shorties. no clearence issues once they were on. Getting them into place was another story. I'm running a Pypes O/R x-pipe for a sn95. Had problems getting pipe to fit on flanges, and still have a very small leak. but otherwise they are ok.

    I removed my egr this past winter when reassembling my motor. I simply left the valve pluged in and kept the vacime line attached. I cut an aluminum spacer to act as a block off plate betwwen the valve and the intake.My headers were of a fox body so they did not have the egr pipe coming off...

    I'm Currently running 14.2 @ 102 mph with ported e7's ported stock intake b303 cam and all other normal bolt ons. However, I am still running stock 2.73 with a 5spd. I'm debating about gears to go with because its my daily driver. curently 70mph doesn't even spin 2000 rpms. so my 2 questions...

    speed was 96.77. ticket machine jamed so I had to go to the tower for the numbers. I think she may have wrote it wrong.I think it was more like 98.77 mph, but not 100% sure. My last run at about 8:45 I spun the tires off the line. ran a 15.169 at 96.86 other runs were 14.536 at 98.59 and 14.497...
