    It's supposed to be really hot tomorrow; weather forecast says to be in the mid 90's, so that certainly won't help any. Otherwise #s for this setup usually ranges anywhere from 590-620rwhp. Keeping the GT. Matter of fact, a KB 2.8H and nitrous will be in order after this. :shock:

    Another one of these "guess what my car will make" threads. Seems to be a lot of these latey.. This one involves a KB 2.6H 03 Cobra, running on about 18 PSI. KB is to be installed and tuned tomorrow. Feel free to take a shot at what it'll put down.

    I couldn't pass a good deal on a polished KB 2.6L w/only 200 miles on the blower. This car won't make as much power as the GT. Probably low 600's is the most it'll get. And it will cost me a fraction of what I've spent on the GT to get there. That's why I figure, "why not", and twin screw it...

    rotfl you obviously don't know me well. Also, 4Vs respond VERY well to turbos. There are quite a few stock block 800+rwhp TT terminators. I'm not going that route but just saying if I did..

    Bah, I could just TT the Cobra = 850+rwhp :) Seriously, the GT has taken a back seat for now so I can try getting all my mods for the Cobra done for this year's Mustang Week. Keep a look out later this year!

    stock rear end + slicks = good excuse for a new one I'm not a drag racer and my car isn't built for that, so I'm not in a big hurry to get on the track. It gets the job done on the highways in Mexico.

    Havent ran it since it was built balls to the wall except on closed courses in Mexico. Personal best at the track with the auto (381rwhp/380rwtq) was a 12.60@112. I had 4.10s which caused me to run out of gear before the end of the 1/4, which killed my top end. Best with the t56...

    Yes, it's louder, especially if the car is cammed. I personally don't think modular motors sound good with dumps. I'll leave that for the pushrods.

    Yep. You heard of factory freaks? Well, I always thought my GT was a factory slug. It always made low #s compared to other autos with similar mods until its final run on the dyno (with a 6-speed, 428rwhp/433rwtq w/KB 1.7L @ 9PSI) before getting built.

    Cheapest Borla Stinger Catbacks? (140067)

    Steeda Catback is not borla. It has a more similar mellower sound of a Magnaflow. Borla Stingers are freaking loud.
