    Thanks. My only worry is that there is not enough material on the top and bottom to shape the the round inlet in to the rectangular one before it makes the turn. Maybe I will have to try widing it instead, but most likely it will have to be a little of both.

    If you are doing the one-wheel-peel than you need new clutches in the diff. It is a very easy install. You can also repack the new clutches in a different order than stock to increase friction for better locking of the rear axles. Do a search on this forum and corral.net for more info.
