Roush Installing a replacement windshield decal.

i had no issues using soapy water, it is difficult to get rid of a couple little air bubbles, but if you take a real small needle and poke them you can then work them out with a credit card, and i left a couple and they went away after a couple weeks on their own. i also looked a t a new...

Roush Fr. Swaybar, Hollow or Solid?

damn, i get it now. a little slow when i get to work after a weekend. well maybe steeda bar willl help then. kirkey's are good for race but i still like road trips and live in downtown Chicago with potholes galore, so i plan on going with new seats but need a little more padding for my...

    New Steeda Rear Brakes?

Anyone using the new kit that moves the caliper out and adds a 13" rotor? Thoughts/Comments? I would think it would help with fade a bit (larger rotor) and increase clamping leverage of stock caliper by moving force out into a bigger radius.

Roush Fr. Swaybar, Hollow or Solid?

unfrotunately when my car was sold to me it didnt have the original wheels, but yes i am running lightweight 17x9's. i am trying to maintain comfort at the expense of all out weight removal, hence i dont notice smaller battery, i don't have kids and never use the backseat, these things dont...

Roush Fr. Swaybar, Hollow or Solid?

weight is evil! i am not gonna go the stripper make it a racecar ugly route to lose weight. but with some new front seats, already yanked rear seat, battery, i will be slightly over 100lbs removed, which is a noticable weight when you hit the turns.

Roush Fr. Swaybar, Hollow or Solid?

i am not a drag guy, road racing, hence my desire to keep a sway bar. miata battery is a westco and a little heavier than the oddysey, it was 24lbs. friend had it in his garage for free. the motorcraft we pulled out was 38lbs. a little more weight does not bother me though, in Chicago...

Roush Fr. Swaybar, Hollow or Solid?

Is the Saleen front bar solid or hollow? If it is solid seems the Steeda Hollow bar of the same size would yield same handling characteristics while taking another 10-12 lbs off the front??? I'm on a weight saving kick right now, yanked the rear seat and running a Miata battery. So far...

    Sqeaking Noise

standard noise, it has to have a few squeeks and rattles to qualify as a Mustang, two options, buy a BMW or get a loud exhaust.

    fuel filter removal

i just gave the fuel pump impact shut off box a good whack in the trunk, drivers side rear corner. this shuts off fuel pump and ran the car till it died essentially removing all fuel pressure. don't know if this is the recommended way, but it worked for me.

Roush Shifter and Sway Bar Bushings

i meant to ask you, how does that odyssey battery work for you. you don't have the chicago winter to deal with but otherwise any starting or charging issues. i am too lazy to do a battery relocation but i thought about the same thing you did?

Roush Shifter and Sway Bar Bushings

I installed the Saleen shifter bushings this weekend. What a difference, these should be standard, it is solid, I can't belive how much slop is in the stock rubber bushings. I have driven Pro 5.0 cars, though it is not quite that, for the small investment it feels darn close. I do not...

    Roush "Saleen Performance Alignment"

1st, i'm glad you didn't buy my car. Thanks ;-) It has been the most fun $12,500 dollars ever bought me. Though not the fastest car I have ever owned, when I take price and the fact that is is paid for, you can't beat it. 2nd, I have not seen any 94-98 style replicas on Ebay, is there...

    Roush "Saleen Performance Alignment"

i will call, my car originally had the chrome option. how do i reach bob and what are they going for? i would even settle for some of the 99 and newer wheels if push comes to shove but so far i have been able to be patient.
