    Hold on. Why would the engine compartment and body be as nice as they are as well as the interior, but have cracked shock towers? If someone is going to invest time and money to get the car looking as nice as it does why would they leave it with cracked shock towers? Just a sudden thought.

    lmao...i like that air shocks idea....but put some of those plastic walmart spinner hubcaps on it or if you want to get fancy you could put some 18" spinners...lol

    Transmission blew all fluid out the bellhousing

    I had my c4 rebuilt for 375 which i thought was pretty cheap. We were assuming 500.

    where to start?

    Buy a lot of rust converter and get it on ANY rusted spot you find. Time definately matters. That will hold off the rust while you do whatever else you want. Later you can go back, grind all of the rust off, and put some kind of sealant to keep the area rust free until you want to do anything...

    Id suggest one of those couches that fold down into a bed electrically. There in the back of newer econoline type vans and such. Maybe some couches on the side. You could just trash it and send it into pimp my ride..lol

    where to start?

    On my 66 we pulled the engine and transmission, sent them to the shop, and completely re did the suspension with new bushings and springs. And...thats about as far along as we are...lol

    Black rims on that silver one look sweeet. But Id have to go with black on black if you get the chance blake, some black rims on that would look amazing.

    65 Coupe

    All I have to say is Mustang Parts of Oklahoma is overpriced. I live about 10 miles away from the place so ive been up there a few times. They're good guys and all and know a lot, but some of the prices they are asking for parts are way overpriced.

    Good write up. I didnt see it in the questions part soo...Do the seats lean forward for people to get in the back? And will they lean back to be more comfortable? And also do they lock into place? Thanks for the help!

    another tie rod question

    On my 66 the tie rod that goes into the center link is bigger around then the one that goes into the spindle. I got the 2 mixed up and thought I had something seriously wrong, but then I just switched them and realized the size difference and got it right. They should fit snugly in the whole. If...
