    +1 Notice how the best advice doesn't need to be a 10 paragraph rant. My wife knew what I was about from day one: music and cars. Nearly 20 years later it's never been a problem. She has actually discouraged my talk of selling my '90 because she understands what the car has meant to me.

    Imo it's less about getting old than getting to certain points in your life where other things take precedence. I mean you do what you have to do. From my late-teen through my twenties I didn't have much else to do BUT put all of my time and energy into my car. I had tons of time on my hands...

    As long as the car is sitting in it's own space and out of the way I'd say hang on to it. My '90 has been sitting for over a year now with, I believe, a blown fuel pump. Between buying a new house and having two kids it has gotten pushed way down the priority list but I miss the HELL out of...
