    BBK long tube headers install

    when i installed mine, we disconnected the egr tube from the plenum and put it on the header, then forced it back on to the plenum. it will still be difficult to get on to the header because it has to be lined up exactly, you should also be able to bend it a little bit.

    New x-pipe & exhaust help (my first post...new)

    you could also have an exhaust leak, when i had my o/r x i turned the rear o2s off with a tuner and still got engine light, turned out to be an exhaust leak.

    Shifter Question

    are you guys sure its something wrong with the shifter?, im 99% sure there isnt a spring in the shifter... might be the trans idk, but my vote goes to the tri-ax if youre going to get a shifter

    How long does it take for springs to 'settle'?

    i think my sportlines are the same, or might be my car im not sure, my driver side front is half inch lower than my passangers, and i have rechecked and the spring is in there right!

    yea same here after i installed my headers i just left the top bolt out, that bolt got me so mad LOL. starter will be just fine without it

    you could get vrs x-pipe they make a x-pipe for the mac LTs, as for the borla stingers, the cat-back flanges should be the same on any cat-back. oh and yes you can get them with cats

    yea if you do decide to cut it, i would cut maybe 1/2 the coil at first since the first part of the spring is somewhat flat then after that 1/4 at a time if the 1/2 isnt enough. how low do you want it to be? if you just pull the isolators it might go down far enough. ive never had h&r ss...

    my guess would be half a coil would be around 1 inch, but at the bottom the spring is more flat so it might not even take that much off at first. what ever you do dont cut the top of the spring lol. if i were you i would try pulling the isolators first, then if its still not low enough then cut...

    How much power can a stock internal evo and sti handle?

    ive heard of some EVOs in the 500whp range with stock internals but i dont think most go above 450 with stock internals. as for STIs ive only heard that the max power for stock internals is around 450whp

    those sportlines arent cut, and theres no isos top or bottom. but my cars kinda weird, the driver side sits about 1/2 inch lower than the passanger side.... so idk if my cars crooked or my sportlines are just messed up, never measured the stock height, so it might have already been like that...
