    Im not sure if it works on undercoating, but we used this Aircraft brand Paint stripper and it ate through both coats of paint on my car, it was awesome!

    Way old post from the dead! My combination of pullies I found was nothing but trouble. I went through 4 water pumps due to them spinning too fast. I have the p/s back on now. Anyways if anyone has any questions about this feel free to ask!

    Its always had studs, dont they come that way? I'm not talking like ARP quality or anything, but it seems like stock ford 9" hardware. Maybe I should change 'em all out this next time.

    The spoiler on my '03 Mach is faced that way. Of course mine isn't mounted on 'air ride' mounts for my spoiler, and its not quite as gawdy either.

    I must just be the worst person ever when putting something together. I've changed pumpkins 5 times now on my car, and 3/5 times I had a small leak. Maybe 2-3 drops a week. And all of those times I just used black rtv, with no gasket.

    Its ok, I'm not exactly sure, I was putting the spring back in and one of the claws bumped against the fender well i think, and it suddenly released. It was very scary. I'm lucky all it did was break my finger. I then ordered one from the guy off ebay, the kind that bolts to the spring perch...

    And please make sure you're safe with it, I broke one of my fingers a month ago with an internal spring compressor, and now I have two metal pins in it! :bang:

    So cork gasket for the rear end? And use silicone on both sides of it as well?
