    Clutch Linkage

    Ok guys I'm having a little difficulty getting my clutch linkage back in. I just redid my 351w with the addition of Hooker Competition Headers (6901) and it looks as if it wants to fit, but I'm stumped. Is anyone running a manual with these headers in a '69 or '70?

    I'm running 4.57's with my T-5 and love it. My car rarely sees the highway, but i can cruise at 2800 - 3000 rpms on the highway and 2000 rpm's around town when I'm just puttin around.

    Ok guys I'm just a moron, and this was my first time putting the motor back together. I didn't realize that the oil pump driveshaft had to go in from the bottom. So tomorrow I get to drain my oil and try to remove the pan and pump with the engine in the car.

    Ok the drill is turning clockwise, is that the correct direction? And I just put 5 qts in so it should be good there. But the thing thats bugging me is the fact that I don't hear the drill coming under a load.

    Help with pushrods

    It is a comp cams retro-fit roller cam. Thanks for the info I believe the pushrods are much too short as when the valve is closed I cannot get the rocker tight enough to even touch the pushrod. Hmph.
