    Convertible Windscreen

Try www.cal-mustang.com They have one in their catalog but i can't recall the price but i'm sure it's on their web-site. This is one to be used without the lightbar although they have both styles.

    Mr. Clean autodry car wash

Our local news just did a consumer report on the auto dry and it worked very well. Not perfect, there were a FEW water spots but nothing like not using it. Guess it's worth a try. They gave it a thumbs up.

    Meguiar's NXT or Gold Class

When your ready -- go with the NXT. It is great wax and you'll love the shine. Gold class is good but i think NXT is just a step up.

    Old School

Do what you want to do, never mind what anyone else says. Mufflers are one of the most debated topics on this board. To each his own.

    Starting problem? Need help!

Just a thought -- the 4.6GT is set to run on 87 octane. If you use 91-93 all the time your car can be hard to start. This has happened to me, i go back to 87 and no problems.

    Mr. Clean autodry car wash

What are your thoughts on this...

Just a billet grille can look good but the other two pieces as well look like to much -- also the one you show looks cheaply made.

difference between original and super 40 flows

The super flows are supposed to make a little more power cuz they flow better but ???????? I really don't think it would be worth the money to switch over but if you need mufflers then go for it.

    best wax for black Stangs???

Try the NXT, best wax i have found for a black car. I use a cleaner, polish and then NXT. The NXT makes the color look deeper and the shine is outstanding.

    K&N question

I just have the filter -- from what i read the FIPK isn't worth the money for the very small hp gain. Put the money in something else, underdrive pullies or timing adjuster. Better yet -- gears.

Just got my Porter Cable...few questions

My car is black as well and the NXT is great on black. It helps fill in and hide scratches and imperfections and the shine is outstanding. I think you will like it alot. On Meguiars site they say use the polisher at 4-4.5 if you use it with the NXT.

Best wax, what do you guys use?

I have started to use NXT for the final wax over the #7 and cleaner. The NXT does a great job on all colors but really well on darker colors. I have a black car and i think this is the best its looked. Of course opinions are like -------- we all have one.

    Silencer Removal +/-

Try it off and see if you like it -- thats about it. I've seen hp +/- 5, but that is up for debate. Doesn't hurt to be off so try it.

    Chrome

Meguiars makes a metal polish, i'd try that. I have had good luck with their other products.

anybody try Meguiar's nxt Tech Wax?

NXT is the best off the shelf wax i have used - put some #7 polish on first and it is a great finish. Great depth and brings out the color.

    OD off or on?

With gas pushing $2.00 a gallon your better to leave it on for everyday driving. I am at about 1100 rpm at 35-40 mph, good for gas mileage. If you want to get on it a bit - turn it off. It keeps rpm's a bit higher for more power.
