    Man there are all types of youtube videos on replacing the intake manifold. It is easy and will save you a bunch of money. You may be able to find a really good used one on Craigslist or a new one from Late Model Restoration.

    I would get forged internals if you are going to boost your engine. At least the rods and pistons... The weak link in the 4.6 are the pistons. The stock cranks are good up to at least 550hp.
