    FMIC. it works as long as you are moving. the aftercooler needs you to put ice or something cold in it to be really effective.

    i wouldn't worry about the alternator. the only other thing i would suggest is just checking all the hoses for signs of cracking and dry rot. other than that, it sounds like you've got a handle on it.

    MPH claims their blower cams make more hp than anyone else's. they aren't a company that throws claims like that around without being able to back it up. but i don't have experience with either cam, so take my post for whatever it's worth. not much. lol.

    is there a K&N filter on the CAI? if so, check the maf to see if there is any filter oil on the sensor. if so, that could be causing the problem.

    a stock mod motor will easily handle 400rwhp with turbos. go with a 99+ 2V, 3V, or 4V. don't waste your time on a 5.0L.

    the only dyno numbers released so far were for a exhaust, TF intake, electric water pump, and cams. it made about 400hp at the crank, so about 340rwhp in a 5speed. if i remember correctly.
