    i haven't heard an aftermarket exhaust yet that doesn't drone to some extent but the Magnaflows are known for having one of the least amounts of drone. i don't think it's an issue personally.

    Focus pump is around 400-450rwhp. Cobra tank+pumps is 500ish i believe. not sure about boost a pump numbers. you could also buy another Focus pump and run dual Focus pumps with the Cobra tank, or buy dual GT pumps.

    the stock exhaust is crap compared to the mandrel bent pipes from the aftermarket companies. also, aftermarket pipes are usually stainless steel. the stock pipes will rust. but $700 for the Borla kit is a rip off. you could buy a Magnaflow kit and swap the Borla mufflers for less than that...

    um, correct me if i'm wrong, but doesn't the FR500C have 400hp with the 5.0L Cammer and the FR500CJ have 500+hp? or have they severely detuned the engine?

    just watch out for deep snow. i got my car stuck in my driveway a few times when there was 6"+ of snow and it built up underneath the car so much that it lifts the car up and there isn't much weight on the tires.

    Magnaflows are quiet for normal driving, then are moderately loud when racing. i like them. i don't like obnoxiously loud exhausts.

    unless he's going to sell them cheaper than the GT500's are selling for, i don't think he'll sell to many. for near the same price, i'd imagine most people would take a GT500 over a 475hp 4.6L. now the higher hp versions may stand a chance if they are close to the price of the GT500.

    nope, because the calibration is in the computer, not the MAF. the maf just reads voltage based on airflow. the computer then takes that voltage and uses a given amount of fuel for that voltage. you need a dyno tune.

    you can use a returnless pump on a return style system, but not a return style on a returnless. so pre 99's can use either. there should be no difference between the 96, 97, and 98's. 99+ changed to a returnless style fuel system.

    being that you have a return style, you might need a fuel pressure regulator to adjust for the 24's. not 100% sure. you probably could run the injectors and run really rich, but i'd just switch them in the parking lot of the dyno before.     the tuner will be able to program for the injectors. as far as the pump, not sure if you need one, but the return style pumps are fairly cheap. might want to get one anyway since the car is older.

    the only people that have tuning software where they can tune multiple cars are dyno shops. you'll either have to go to the dyno, or buy the SCT or Sniper programs.

    see the valve on the passenger side fuel rail towards the front of the car? unscrew that and find a threaded fitting that fits both your sensor and the rail.

    you want the O2 sensor as close to the engine as possible for the most accurate reading.
