    I ran a 13.5@103 with a d/a of over 1400 ft above sea level now (that corrected to a 13.3 at sea level and with fl known for having d/a in the -sea level in the winter im sure I could hit a 13.1-13.2 @ 105 but to each his own

    #1if your mils are working then you will pass #2 most would not get on there knees plus most place dont do to look test unless you fail 2 of more times #3 most of the workers at those places are part time and have of them cant drive a stick for crap

    thats not true my stock keyed lugs were female all I had to do was take a 7/8s socket bang it on and take the impact and it came right off then take a air hammer and pound the lug out but you need access to air tools but it can be done
