    That's right... get the complaint itself documented. Whether they admit there is a problem is a different story. :) I am sure the TSB is coming out soon and when it does, I don't think it will be a problem getting the transmission fixed.

    Show them the problem when it's cold and make sure it's documented. As long as there is a TSB though, I would think they would fix it anyway even if it is warm.

    Thanks for sharing that. You are saying the same thing I have said, and all I got was negative feedback. :rolleyes: I can understand why my dealer wants to wait until the TSB, which I KNOW is coming now. They want to get it right the FIRST time.
