    lean off rev limit?

EECTuning.org • View topic - going lean during burnout I posted that there, but figured I can get more help here too. When doing a burnout my lambse will be 11.44 and my afr low 11s. Then my afr will spike to 20+ and my lambse will go to 16.1. The log in the link shows this. My...

    Narrow Band vs Wide Band

I have always heard that the left side is the leaner side. So if it were me, I would put it there. I have a single exhaust, so I don't have left right.

    Narrow Band vs Wide Band

You want wideband. If you install a narrowband gauge, it will not show you the real numbers. I am not exactly sure how a narrowband works, but I think it shows what a/f the car is trying to hit. A wideband shows what a/f the car is putting out.

    Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 I know how you feel. Nothing ever goes right for me. It starts off with not being able to find the right tool. This happens every time I do something. Then, something might break, or its not doing what its supposed to. I always give myself lots of time to do anything. If I guess...

    WB and WOT

My afr at wot bounces around ~.3-.4 difference of what I target. I always see on dyno charts a nice flat line. I am guessing they even it out. Maybe a dyno operator will chime in. I would rather be a little rich, then lean.

    New Tweecer Guy

Go to the website I linked above. You need to download Binary editor (BE)to be able to load the aggressive spark/fuel tune. Wes has a walk-through on the website. It shows how to use the site with BE.

    New Tweecer Guy

There is a tune on there for aggressive spark tables. Welcome - [tunexchange: Proudly burning chips and rubber since 2008] I recommend downloading binary editor. Load that tune and compare it to your stock one. You can see then how spark and fuel is changed.

    lifting heads

I have been running 8lbs for a while now. It will not get me to my goals of 11s, so I was thinking about trying more boost. 12lbs is probably as high I will take it. If that does not get me there, I will just be happy with 12s. I have stock head gaskets and stock bolts (valve covers never...

    Which convertor?

As others have said, don't go cheap. If somebody is building you one, then it should be fine (edge, pi, ultimate converter, etc).

Car Not Starting - Need Some Input

I never let mine go below 1/4 tank. Then one day I was halfway between 1/4 and empty. Cranked Cranked and cranked. Finally after a long time trying it started. Filled up and it held 13 gallons. Our tank's are 15.7 gallons, so it was not that. I read that it was probably the stator, but...

    What's Your Automatic Transmission Temperature???

I am hitting near 190* with temps not even in 80s. Converter stays unlocked most of 2nd and part of 3rd. This is a bunch of stop and go traffic. Going to try and change when the converter locks.

    tweecer install questions

You can either read the eec or find a stock tune online. I don't think you need a laptop. You can hook the tweecer to your computer and write the tune. Then hook the tweecer to your eec. R/t is worth the extra money. A laptop is needed for r/t too.
