    motor mounts

    I have poly mounts and I like them. Tranny mount is real easy to replace. I would reccomend poly mounts. A little more engine vibration and movement but they are nice.

    wheel size help

    I have 245's on my 9" rim and they suck. My next set will be atleast 265's. I curbed one and the chrome is flaking off. The tread doesnt really protect the lip with 245's.

    What gains to expect with pi intake

    I dont know what kinda horsepower gains I got because I did the PI cams with it also, but my car pulls to like 5300 rpm now. You should expect it to pull more up top.

    I drove an 06 STI tonight with turbo catback and tune 18psi.... Awesome, rode really nice and wow does that turbo spooooool. Tough to drive for the first time, but with some practice I think I am going to love it. I am only going to buy knew because the kid that let me drive it only had 8000...

    Sweet, I had only heard about the one being made. I agree, it doesnt flow with the body though. Front awesome looking, everything else back looks gey with it on.

    Gauges for Nitrous Set Up....

    I dont have nitrous but I would probably get Fuel Pressure and a wide band O2 along with the nitrous pressure gauge.

    I think your right, When the thermostat is closed I get a good reading because the hose line is more full. When the thermostat opens up I get air in the line and that is what is being measured.... Thanks for the help on this one guys.

    well, I will start it up after it sits overnight and drive it around for 15 minutes and the temp. will stay at 180* for a few minutes then it rases to 250*. When it starts to climb above 180* it hits 250* within 10 sec. I dont understand why it would stay at 180* for a few minutes then raise...

    I just called the autometer tech line and he said it might be reading air and it isnt making contact with the coolant. I dont have any idea what the hell the problem is. hope someone else has an idea. Thanks for the help so far.

    Can Nitrous be safe if used in moderation.

    I felt good gains with mine!!! Easy to do... If you look around enough you should be able to get everything (parts) for around $400. Very worth it.
