    Both the A and K code 289's came with Autolite 4100's, with the A code rated at 480CFM and had 1.08" venturis. I believe the K code had 1.12" venturis, a manual choke, and were rated at a higher CFM.

    You need to have an H or and X between them. 2 Straight pipes not as good. A Y pipe is used on single exaust.

    There are no reports to be had on the 65 -66 cars. Only thing you can do is be a detective about it and Make one up. Somethings you may have to guess about. If your lucky maybe it has a buck tag on it with all of the info your looking for under the hood.

    Just thought I would post a few picks of the project 66 vert. This is what I did last winter. The engine is now back in and I have the underside of the car and interior tore out of it for this winters project. Thought Iwould share.
