    Dumb Question!

You need to go to the local jobber and ask for a set of theft-proof TORX bits. For you folks about $10. they are a good investment as there are several fasteners on the car that use this style.(eg. sensors)

    Smoking Brakes????

Just a thought but Military A/C do that when the Manufacturing oils migrate to the surface after several landings. If there is no sign of leakage and no pulsation I'd let it go BUT there are people here who know a lot more about these 'chines than I .

    Finally have pics to share!

After a lot of soul searching I went with the Yokohama AVS sport soft compound. They were unobtainable here in the NORTH but the fact that I only drive when I want to means that the time and trouble allows me the option of just replacing the rears. For what it is worth I did get caught in the...

Full length subs on 96-98 Cobra?

Are you sure that the ones you installed are full length ones? Most manufacturers call out these cars as different because of this problem. It looks as if I will either have to cut a good bit of the crossmember itself or cut slots in the subs and weld them to the X-member.

Full length subs on 96-98 Cobra?

Has anybody gone through the modification process to install full lenght weld-ons on the SN95 Cobra's? Mine are Steeda and conflict badly with the tranny crossmember. Thanks.

Check your sway bar mount. The bushings get a little gap taht get a pebble and the squeak can drive you crazy. It is the u shaped brackets on the unibody. I have urethane bushings and I grease these once a month to force any gravel out.

FRPP front lower control arm upgrade

Has anyone installed the upgrade kit that changes the 94-04 arms to the 03 Cobra pieces? The Idea of a reduced turning cirlce works for me, however If just offset bushings or even the arms from the wreckers(sorry recycler) would work a lot cheaper I'm in. Thanks.

    Front Lower control Arms

Has anyone installed the FRPP upgrade kit to change the 94-04 front arms to the 03 Cobra arms. It suggests that a 10% reduction in turning circle. Is this the same as offset arm bushings?

    GT40 Superbowl Commercial

Super find! Thanks. The thought of all those little boys and their lighted wiper Honda's crapping on their moms sofa's made my winter. By the way did anyone else ever see a Ford commercial for the original SVO turbo4? It showed the black version of the car being rolled out of a Ford Special...

Much confused on 04-05 SVT production

I suspect that the reason the Focus didn't catch on with the kids was marketing. When at my dealerI,d be B.S.in with my sales guy and a young fellow would walk in and literally get shooed away by the older sales people. Either take one and leave it outside during business hours to be test driven...
