    the 05-07 is a tremec 3650--the same used in 01-up v8's i dunno about ratios, but i do know the shifter is remote mounted i would imagine the ratios would be very close to a t5--5th gear in particular will prolly be the same.

    a little spongy for my tastes. i have eibach pro kits on the rear and the front feels a bit softer, although i have adj struts that have made up for it. i want to go to a 400lb spring to get a better spring match front to rear then be able to fine tune the shocks/struts

    i bought mine as a kit and it came with a fork. i honestly do not know what fork you need. i really have nothing to offer here except for you spelled swap-swat. did the swat team invade your garage while doing work? j/k man welcome to the stangnet.

    i run 17x9 and 18x9 on a vert with coilovers. 255/40/17(soon to be 265/40/17) and 275/35/18. you could get away with 295/35/18's on the 9.5" wheel though. fwiw i would never ever do a 265/35/anything. been there done that and needed a freakin kidney belt. you are really in luck cuz...

    you want a 265/40/17 and a 295/35/17 that will give you equal sidewall front to rear. 295/45/17 is a tall tire

    Performance distributors?

    i just replaced my msd billet distr after 1 year :bang: biggest waste of $$$ i ever spent on my moneypit, got it after my stocker went bad. i did the whole deal, computer distributor, livewires, coil, dyna mod. i can't say how well it works yet, because i have another issue keeping me down...
