    I think the heads were 1/2 on the water pump pulley so the threads are 5/16-18 and the length is likely 3/4". I cannot recall the thermostat bolts but I am assuming 5/16-18 again. Scott

    Go inside the car, take apart the steering column covers to find the wiring that comes down from the key cylinder, and find the wire that is hot when the ignition is on AND continue to stay hot while the starter is cranking. It must be hot for both scenarios, otherwise you have the wrong wire...

    I think it's part of the gas vapor system. We don't have a map sensor. Our computer has a barometric pressure sensor on it to compensate. Scott

    I always remove the ground and turn the ignition on to clear my KAM. If anything is stored in the capacitors in the pcm that will remove it. I don't know if the headlights would work. I have heard depressing the brake pedal before, so I guess that would be the same. But I still don't get...

    Right, Front faces front, water ports in the back open, closed in the read, and the interlock tabs point towards the lifter valley to interlock with the lower intake manifold gasket. Scott

    If you use an over-oiled k&n air filter it will get a lot of build-up on the element and not dissipate heat like it should. And all it needs is cleaning 99 times out of 100. Other things can get it dirty as well but it takes a lot of time to do so w/ a stock air filter that isn't changed...

    Ditto what he said. Follow ARP's recommendation which I thought was 65 but I may be wrong. He seems to be confident that it's 60 so I would go with that. You aren't using the factory bolts, right? Just wanted to overt a disaster just in case. Scott
