    Yes, they'll work. I believe the exhaust ports are the same on the non-pi and pi heads. Only the intake ports are different.

    Negative. I believe the nut you need is a 10 mm 1.25 thread pitch. I have the magnaflow X and that's what I had to use. It might be an 8mm, can't quite remember, but the pitch IS 1.25. Pretty much any hardware store has them.
