    You'll need an electronic tuner or chip to disable the PATS. You're mileage will also show whatever was on the 94(that info is stored in the cluster).

    The fan can run at ANY point in time. Most electrics have a sticker on them stating that. I'd have waited 2-3 minutes and seen if it just kicked out on it's own. Also,was it quite hot where you were?

    I get about 15-16 mpg in town. I have a short enough drive to work that if i just drive straight there and back the car never gets a chance to fully warm up. I imagine it'd be better if i had a little longer drive.

    Yes the Cobra's use a 39lb/hr instead of the standard GT'd 19lb/hr and uses a different plug. I'm pretty sure Ford Motorsports sells an adaptor to run the 39's with a 19 plug.

    1) Yes,as long as you don't have a persistent leak problem then don't worry 2)Better safe than sorry. Might cost $60 to flush the tranny but that's a heck of alot less than having to replace or rebuild it.

    Missing under load, and at high RPM?

    I had a bad o2 sensor that caused the exact same problem. I was able to verify it using my Predator in real time mode and seeing what the 02's were exactly doing.
