how much did you pay for your '05/'06 GT?

$23,693.00 for a GT coupe. No X-plan. Beat that.

    Loudmouths

Yes. Most of the aftermarket kits out thetre are just axlebacks since the '05 Mufflers are under the trunk now.

These are made for the '05. They have a +36mm offset so they fit just right.

Those wheels look great. Something about them makes them look bigger than 18's. ??? (not trying to say they aren't 18's, just there's "something" about them) I would replace those cobra centers with some pony centers though. (the pre-05 center caps fit perfect)

I already know the answer. I was asking XLeatherneck if he wanted to verify it for everyone. (hence the question mark at the end of the sentence :D )

    wheels and lowering springs

Personally, I wouldn't use either of those sizes. The diameter of the rears is WAY too big and the front's too small. When choosing tires, first decide what size wheels they'll be going on. (i.e. 17's, 18's or 19's) Then decide how wide you'd like them to be. Then everything else is decided...

Yes, they do take a while to tighten, but eventually they do. No problems with the lengths of mine.

Got the Rear Lowered Pictures!!! (1)

Nothing special. They'll sell them to anyone. All you have to do is call. Ask for Gus. I got in touch with him through The Mustang Source forums. They are $70 each. ($140 for a rear set) His number is 954-960-0774 ext. 113. His email is [email protected].

Car looks great. Want to verify for everyone there's no TPMS and the seat belt height's not adjustable? Thanks.

    Backspacing on Fr500 rims?

Those don't look like Ford Racing FR500's since they don't have the Ford Racing logo in the lip. They look like FR500 replicas made by WheelReplicas and they are for pre-05 cars. They have a +24mm offset so if you're putting them on a 1970 Mustang, you might not need spacers. Like I said...

    wheels and lowering springs

Why in the world would you put those sizes on an '05?! They're smaller than the stock tires!! Go with what matto1975 said. That's assuming you don't want to rotate your tires. If you do, go with the 255/45/18's on all 4 corners.

Not LOUD enough?! You've got to be kidding. :D That's the first time I've ever heard anyone say that.

Yes, That's where the rumor got started the '06's would have a TPMS, but that law has been put off for another year. And to clear things up, no the seat belt height is not adjustable. Just a screw up on Yahoo's part.

Wheel & Tire Combos - list yours here:

Yes, the wheels will "work", but they'll stick out too much and look funny. They have the wrong offset. As for the tires, those will look even worse than the wheels. Those tires don't belong on an '05, unless you like a HUGE gap. The tire sizes you listed have a much smaller diameter than...

Got the Rear Lowered Pictures!!! (1)

Yes, Steeda will sell the rear springs by themselves. They lower the rear exactly 1". A panhard bar is NOT needed because of lowering the car. The rear end is off center from the factory. It just becomes noticable once the car is lowered. (or wider wheels and tires are installed)

Thanks. I'll have to take a look at an '06 to see how that's set up.
