    Blew 2nd Gear?

    I was leaving out and got down on the throttle went to shift into 2nd it grinded a little bit the just fell in to gear. After that It will not go into 1st or 2nd but hits the other gears fine. I had to drive home only using 3-5th. My question is, what does it sould like to you happened...

    what can I expect in the 1/4?

    I have about the smae mods minus the 87mm mass air. I have xr-1 catback, upr o/r x, and k&n fipk I ran my car stock and it ran a 13.2 at 104. I am going friday to run it with the new mods. I will let you know what it runs.

    I just did about the same mods as you. I put a CAI, upr o/r x, and borla xr1 catback on my 01. I am going to the track tonight to see what she'll do. It sure feels alot stronger mid thru top of the rpm band. I never had the check engine light come on from those mods. What was you best...

    Borla xr-1's arent that expensive. I bought mine from Jegs for 101.00 a peice for the 2.5" The magnaflows were 96 a peice!

    What should I run?

    I added a XR-1 catback and a k&n fipk to my 01 Cobra. I was wondering what or if any should I gain in the quarter mile. My best time stock was 13.26@ 104.28 with a 1.968 60ft Thanks for any replies

    01 Cobra problems

    I just bought an 01 Cobra about a month ago. My tranny isn't notchy but the driveshaft does seen to clunk abit. Is this a bad problem? Oh and no pinging so I am good there.

    01 Cobra driveline noise?

    I am getting a little thunk when I shift the car, its not bad but it just didnt seem to ever be there. It does it as I shift as I let out the clutch. I checked the driveshaft for play but I dont know what is an ok amount. What else can I check? Thanks for the help!
