    To my understanding, quicker shifts = less heat but hard/violent shifts are no good either. I had a shift kit on my older car and the general consensus was to make the shifts quick and precise but never hard. Increasing line pressure to firm up the shifts is usually safe as long as it is done...

    Just to kind of add to the conversation, how long would it take the average guy/gal to change the plugs if they had never done it before? Also, are all 8 plugs easily accessible? I've seen some pretty tough to get to plugs in the back before which totally suck arse.

    OK I have a quick question. If you have a 99-04 GT w. 4R70W tranny and stock 3.27 gearing, what MPH will your shifts occur at while at WOT? I'm sure that info is out there somewhere but my search skillz suck.
