    did you use those ****ty ass cork gaskets on the wall of china?? those things are straight ****. you need to run a fat bead of silicon.

    you need to burp the system. it wont blow it out of the overflow. you might also want to double check the vacuum leaks. if it isnt running faster, something is wrong aside from the heating issue. your timing sounds wrong as well.

    the misconception with the throttle body is that is isnt NETTING you as much horsepower when you look at the price of it. The spacer might give you 1hp, on a cold day. get a tune, that would the best bet for right now.

    these 6 speeds are not the way ol' boy explains the others. 5th gear is kinda like "4.5" 6th being OD or "5th" ie: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 4.5, 5th thats how the gear ratios are.

    use a dremel with the pen thing extension on it. if all youre doing is smoothing, thatll do the trick really well. use a fine coarse bit for it.

    when you walk outside in the morning, do you see any puddles under the car?? there really isnt a set point that the SNs leak from. you are going to have to get dirty and crawl under the car.

    use a spring compressor, compress the rings, undo the keepers, pull out the valves. reassembly is reverse order. easy day

    yeah, thatll work. as long as you dont try to reverse the rotation of any of the accessories, you are good as gold.

    i think its the coil are you sure the fuel pump isn't priming??? and are we talking 100% sure. I didn't think the stator caused the fuel pump not to prime. its more of a 'modern day' trigger.

    when you say it isnt charging, di you put a dmm to the back of the alternator? or are you saying the guage isnt displaying a charge? if the alternator is barely charging at the battery, then id look at the CI wire. it doesnt need to be grounded from the looks of the schematic.

    sounds like a misfire. or vacuum leak but my best guess is a misfire
