    with the car off and the car in D the car does roll back and i can push it. i havent tried any other gears. but i have noticed that one. will switching to a t-5 correct this problem? thanks for everything!!

    ok... ok heres what it does. i can start the car and it will run fine. not a problem. but when i put it into drive, overdrive, 1, 2, or reverse (anything over than park or neutral) it instantly stalls out on me. i was planning on swapping out the transmission from a AOD to a t-5 anyways...

    i have a small issue and i was wondering if anyone could help me out. i have an 1989 2.3l AOD n/a. my car starts and idles perfectly fine but earlier today whenever i put my car into gear (any of them other than P and N) the car instantly stalls out. i, not knowing anything about cars...

    Just about to do a AOD to T5 swap...

    well i plan! eventuall soon i plan on taking the dive and converting from an n/a to a turbo. so should i shell out the extra cash now for a good clutch or just change whne i change my engine?

    lol, i just now got all the parts to do a AOD to T5 swap save for the clutch and pilot bearing which im getting later today. any suggestion on a good performance clutch for a 2.3? lol wish me luck!

    thanks for all of that! one more question though, i read that you can exchange the exhaust manifold from a 2.3 mustang with that of a Ford Ranger with very little modification. is this relevant to the 2.3na or will it work for the 2.3 turbo as well? and well, is it worth it as well? thanks...
