    You have a wiring issue, something has a bad connection. check everything the mechanic worked on, double check your grounds and battery terminals.

    Your setup sounds good, I would guess you to be around 400 hp with that combo, maybe a little more.. Stock 302 mounts will work, A roll cage would stiffen it more, depends on what you want though, you can find street friendly cages. Dont know about the bushing's though, Someone else might be...

    I drive anywhere from 250 to 600 miles a week. But I have a company vehicle so I dont pay for gas.. Ever consider having a motorcycle.

    knocking sound

    Knocking is not a good sound, Does it have oil, Is the oil new or recently changed. Need to narrow it down on where its coming from... wether the top of the motor or bottom end.

    Yup My second pony 89 hatch, with just slicks on it at the track, the tenth pass yeilded a snapped axle.. doesnt take much if your hooking up hard.

    Your SC kit probably came with a FMU which raises fuel pressure in relation to how much boost you have... If your only going to run 4-6 lbs of boost then your 19's will work for now, but they will be maxxed out, If you want to go with more boost then 24's would be in order..

    I would definatly get gauges, At least fuel pressure and boost. And I would definatly get a larger than stock fuel pump if your running a s/c. And injectors would be good also, Find a shop that tunes mustangs, and have then look at it, or someone near you thats knowledgable.

    No, Just need to have it tuned correctly....You could probably get away with using the 19 lbs. depending on your fuel pump, but the 24's will work also

    It was more Ford against Chevy.. and Dodge.. No one even knew about the rice..... Until F and F came out... Then everything kinda changed to domestics against imports..(rice).

    loud "clunk" noise, help please

    Check your front suspension pieces, Bad ball joint, or control arm bushings, When ever you apply the brakes the car shifts it weight on these pieces... If they are loos they can cause noise like your descibing..

    Not really... The mass air will compensate to some degree. It will "learn" what it needs to off the sensors and run fuel and timiing off that...Adjustments to base timing alters where the computer starts to pull timing. The mass air give you the ability to change parts , bolt ons with out...
