    Try to pry the easyout, out of the bolt, Its hardend steel so you cant really drill it. You may have to get a diferent head.

    Like others said, adjust it until it pings, then bacj it off 2 to 3 degrees, Start at around 10-12 degrees and go from there.:D

    It doesnt matter if you tourqe these with out the weight on, If it makes you feel better put the jack stands under the axle. Use grease on the sides of the bushings, not alot just enough to allow lubrication.

    On my old 72 bronco the back brakes went out, everything in back ...SHOT.. and had no money,so I pinched off the lines and rolled them so they wouldnt leak... Just front brakes, Kinda scary though

    Depending on the Loc wire gaskets you have, You may HAVE too have the heads machined to accept them. Sounds fun keep the power down around 500 or so, Thats all a stock block can handle, ( there have been some that lasted higher) But didnt last that long.:D

    bolt the TA cover on, you want to adjust the bolts so they are snug against the carrier bearings, not tight, you dont want pressure on it, but touching, so when they flex it pushes on the TA cover.     larger bolts, and you need a 351 lower intake, its wider than the 302, and distributor needs some modding unless you get a different one.

    Looks like you moved to some better weather:D It sounds like those plugs are not firing, try changing those plugs and testing those specific wires..maybe swap it if you have any extra..

    It has to be something simple, plug wires crossed, not enough fuel, Does it rev up all the way in neutral? check all your electrical connectors that you disconnected while changing the intake, even if they are attatched pull them apart make sure no grease, and has a good contact.

    What kind of smoke, is it fuel or oil or water/antifreeze. Like was said before, injectors, Even if the cap and rotor look good they can be faulty, test your wires with a ohm meter, check the resistance. Even if they are new.

    Mine doesnt start with out the clutch pedal down, but the rpms do raise slightly during shifting, but only for a second, if you hold in the clutch pedal it shoud rise slightly then fall back down, Play with the wiring to find out when the car doesnt start with the pedal up?

    What would you do H/C/I or Vortech.

    I would do a HCI before a S/C. depends on how far you want to go with it though, if you just want 300 some rwhp. then just get a S/C and be done, If your going to want more, HCI then the supercharger in the future.
