    Based on my last dynotune:( , you may not be that far off with a mail order. The dyno is only as good as the guy who knows the car, from stock... built to every added mod. I say, If you find a shop like MPH that says they can tune you, based on your mods, they're probably more accurate...

    The material they use is superior to any vinyl you just buy. I chose saphire blue for my white stang and I really like the combination. This vinyl shines like it's painted on, when the car is washed. The fit and detail in the patern are perfect and mine only cost about 170.00, as I remember.

    Because the Tach and speedo at 60+ MPH are not visible unless you tilt your steering wheel up... for guys 5'11 and up. I like my wheel tilted down, not up like a trucker. But if It tilt down, can't see the tach. That's why they suck!

    I agree 100%. If you know it's the TOB, tell them that there's a main bearing problem that's audible and that's really not good news... Or tell the salesman, "can you hear that low RPM gear wine? I can fix things like this but wasn't looking at it when I thought about coming to a dealership."...

    SQ vs. S-Trim

    The SQ has a nice little whine to it at idle and 1st/2nd to about 2000 rpms or so before it bows out to the sound of the exhaust. I honestly wouldn't like to hear it "all the time", like a bunch of 6 year olds in the back seat, just whining and whining.... over and over, louder and LOUDER...

    ahhhh, throw in some gears and they'll compensate for area. Look for light 18's and gears and that might work.

    Prices, dealers? I'm shopping for high flows to put on my BBK o/r X. They're really needed. The smell is going to end up costing me and if they tame the DB level, it can't hurt.

    Did you just cut into your BBK and add the bullet muffs? I like the sound of my stang now. It's still more raspy at higher RPM's under load than I'd like, but 100% better than the Flows. The Turbo mufflers were like half the weight of the flows.
