    Well, here's how you know, if they're black they're probably matte rubber. If they're painted to match they're going to be smooth.

    It depends, if it has a matte finish or if it's smooth already. If it has a matte finish you can't sand it without it showing after paint unless you sand all the moldings smooth. But yes, you can sand out some small stuff but deeper scratches should be filled first, then sanded.

    sounds like a leaky header gasket to me, that's why it got worse. Is there a vibration with it? If not, then deffinatly an exhaust leak.

    The relay is usually behind the radio or glove box. Most cases it's behind the radio though.

    There really aren't too many options for 4 lug. There are more now than when I did my swap, pretty much all you could get then where stock or 95 Cobra R's. My vote is for 5 lug 17's. I have 17's on mine (pic below)

    The best thing would be to replace the rotor and the studs together. Welding might cause a vibration from being off balance. If you weld one, weld them all the same amount or close to it atleast.

    In that case, keep the stock rear setup and remove the front springs all together and just let it sit on the bump stops. Like most ricers do to lower their cars.
