    well, grinding would suggest that the synchros are going bad. i cant explain the clank.:shrug: should have some more imput soon.

    Drag Radials (Whats the best and where to buy?)

    if i may add on, Nittos probably hook the worst out of the group. BFG's are great if you drive your car on the street alot but hook when you need them to. i personally like Mickeys the best. ET Streets dead on hook and the M/T drag radials are a better choce if its gonna see more street time.

    hrmmmm. i dont think it would be the clutch but with that original 89 stocker, you are probably due for a new on pretty soon. does the trans grind at all while shifting?

    dude, its not worth it. CAI, gears, exhaust and free mods for N/A Mustangs. if you dont wanna be embarressed by a DOHC neon, im afraid the only way not to be is to do a swap. then you'll waste him!
