    I think Sylvania pulled the Silverstar foglights that they had since they only worked for 100 hours, But I found the 893 silver stars on this website.     do they help alot at night? I drive some dark windy roads from time to time, so if they do help alot, they will definitely be worth it.

    what is the point of upgrading to the silver stars if they aren't that much better looking? Also, is there anywhere that sells replacement lens covers for the fog lights? That could also be the problem, that the lens covers themselves are old and dirty.

    well my stock fogs are getting dim, so I was going to replace them anyway. I picked up the silverstar headlights tonight for $36. Judging by the look of the pic you posted, the silverstars are much brighter then the stock headlights, but you say you can't tell the difference from the stock...
