    The others have a good point. You really have to get gears. If you cant afford a tuner pick up a speed cal you can get one for $100 dollars from dallasmustang. I suggest 4.10's but each to his own.

    I agree with the others concentrate on your suspension and of course gears. You can probably take off your front sway bar as well to help drop down your ass end that way the DR's can connect. Little exhaust work also with a good tune and you should be fine.

    Brand new on the lot they had the sticker at 31,000. Even brand new with only 3 miles on it you still think that it was over priced. At the time I thought I was getting a deal, must of been one hell of a salesman, LOL! Oh well still happy w/the results.

    Just call around and ask how much it would be to have 4:10's installed on my02 GT. Like everyone else is saying it shouldn't be no more than $300, including the shafts and so forth.

    Right on I actually found a shop near by. $64 for 3 runs which is okay and $400 total for a dyno tune and chip, which is not bad either. I am thinking about getting it tuned instead of a Diablo Predator, any suggestions.

    Like a lot of individuals will say GEARS, GEARS, GEARS. Don't fear the gear! 4:10's to be exact with an automatic. After that let everyone know what you are looking towards and like scalder said people hear will like to help you out just give a direction towards what you want.

    Totally agree with the others its not an issue unless you stomp it. I live in St.Louis so it snows every once in a while and once on the highway I dropped it in 4th and hit it in slug. Big mistake the car went side ways so even on the highway drive it normally and you will have no problems.

    Should be able to hit high 11's or low 12's with drag radials. Due the suspension right and a proper launch 11's should come easily.

    My own personal opinion, power shifting is mainly for an older ride (72 Ford F250), one you made fast but to have fun in as well. Power shifting in a newer car definently can get pricy. Old trucks are a blast with room to work on and parts easy to find (junk yards).
