    I have had them lock when I started the car with the door open then got out and shut the door, ( door still locked) locking myself out. But I just had to stop doing that, or hit the unlock button before I closed the door... but never by themselves..

    Try Chanel Locks, or Vice Grips, Or tap a easy out in the hole and work it out that way, spray some wd-40 or similiar on it.

    I would recheck your vacum hoses and lines, Check that the waste gates, or gate is operating smoothly, What kind of head gaskets did you buy?? I wold suggest the cometic ones, Make sure of accurate torque settings when you bolt the heads down. Try to start off with 6 psi boost instead of 8.

    As you make more power....you will generate more heat, 210 is a little hot from where I like it, try switching to a 160 t stat, make sure your anti freeze is 20% and water is 80%, You want to stay around 180 under normal driving conditions, Do you have a electric fan or stock still??

    You want direct or as close as possible to the manifold vaccum, for accuracy of pressure ( boost) or vacum in the manifold.

    Stickers are overated, Unless you have to have them on for sponsorship, which in that case I'd be getting paid which would take some of the pain away. Stickers go on the fridge in the garage:D

    The alt is interanally regulated, the voltage from the main wire ( the big Black one) should 13 + volts even at idle.
