    It's not running rough or anything, it's just annoying. It's about half as loud as a squealing belt would sound. I guess I'll just have to spend a little while to try and figure out where it's coming from.

    Couldn't have said it better myself. As for my recommendations: Great HU 1 PG Ti12D should be good enough for you JBL 600.1 for the PG CDT for front components Either of the amps listed.

    I'd also recommend upgrading the 'Magic 3' wires: + to alt. - to ground engine block to chassis The stock amp should handle that amp fine, but if you still have dimming problems, then I'd check into a cap/higher amp. alternator.

    It's probably one of the wires that go through the door. When your stereo's playing, open the door and grip the grommet and move it around a little. If it crackles, then one of the wires is probably scraping against the metal.
