    use the 180. my kit came with a 160 and i had it in the car for a little while and ended up swapping it out for a 180 because it ran too cold. the 180* is perfect temp wise. this is with a replacement stock radiator.

    the kb at 7# and a ported gt40 lower and any aftermarket or gt40 heads on a safe tune should get you 350 hp and 400#'s. better heads, a cam, and 8 pounds you'll be a lot closer to your max
