I see, so the 67 scoop has a more pronounced "ridge"?

    Crazy 67 fastback prices

What is different about them other than the obvious scoop vs chrome trim piece and the lack of a marker light?

    Crazy 67 fastback prices

I meant that more tongue-in-cheek than anything else. I would have to agree with zookepper, he pretty well sums it up. The only thing I do not like about a 67 vs a 68 is the cheese grater looking, non-functioning quarter panel "scoops."

    Order of projects

It depends on how far you are tearing the car apart. Personally I would do paint last if it is not a total strip and repaint inside and out deal.

So this Ebay 'vert used to be a Hardtop, right?

You can see the convertible floor bracing underneath in at least one of the pics. You can see the rocker panel reinforcement on the interior shots, the interior trim panels are correct for a convertible, and the VIN# decodes as a convertible. If it walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck...

MOOG or not MOOG that is the question

This seemed like as agood a place to ask my question as any: Being that MOOG and TRW are both owned by Federal Mogul is there any difference between their parts? I ask because Summit, which is right here, carries MOOG parts but they are out of stock. LMM lists TRW parts but I would have to...

    Fender attachment ?

 You're right, have a nice day. With the attitude you seem to have, I hope people fall all over themselves trying to get you an answer you find acceptable. :nonono:

13" Cobra brakes on front, WHAT TO DO WITH REARS out of these 4 choices?!?

What conversion from Ford? I looked on the FRPP site and could only find calipers. I have a 68 that has an 8.8" axle from a 95 underneath it. I need new calipers and was thinking about apgrading to the vented Cobra disks as well.

    Fender attachment ?

Holy uptight! Listen numbnuts, You asked: Ok, you can make small plates and weld flange nuts or regular nuts (but you probably already knew that ;) ) but if you want to retain adjustability you can't weld them to the car. Then you would've spent the time making plates and welding nuts to...

    Fender attachment ?

ZK, You are looking at this the wrong way. If you promised you wouldn't put any more money into your car than it may be worth someday, this car would be a perfect example for the wife. "Look honey, this one sold for $22,XXX.00 and look at everything that is wrong with it." Just a thought. ;) Eric

    Export brace and EFI

This is what I made: v1.0 v1.5 - This one was too close to the rear corner of the intake and the MC bar wouldn't clear the distributor. v2.0 - Curved MC bar and moved the rear mounting points of the export brace outward. Obviously it is not adjustable. It cost about $10.00 for enough 1" OD...

not a mustang- but interesting stuff...

My original post wasn't so much about fuel economy as it was the retardedness of the concept truck.
