    It depends on what kind of inspection you have... In Berks, all it is for 95 and older cars is a visual inspection. 95 and newer have a machine that plugs into the OBD II port and can be passed with a set of MIL Eliminators. So if it's just a visual check, you can just find a friendly mechanic...

    MIL eliminators WILL work to pass and OBD II test...at least SLP's did for me. My dad owns a shop and we did some testing with them and they passed perfectly. The reason they work is because they just don't clear the codes....they tell the computer there is nothing wrong so there are no codes...

    I have the full SLP setup and it was very loud and VERY RASPY without cats. I got cats from SLP and bolted them in and now it sounds amazing 100% better. I lost very little time at the track with the cats and you can feel no difference....just MUCH better sound. To sum it up...you might not...
