hey yeah, go to www.turbomustangs.com and they have a whole section on blow-thru carb/turbo engines :) That was what i was working on until I had to sell all of my parts for some money for school and to get my car running. a holley or demon carb would be a better choice for a carb, and...

    fors are gay

Oh, two more things Willis :chair: (1) I wonder if your Dodge Dakota will ever be able to bust into the 17s with that "magnum" v6. (2) Maybe if Mopar can ever build an automatic transmission, the company may grow a little. Then maybe they won't have to price a $30k truck at $55k while...

Perhaps you'd get some respect here if you, (1) Spoke Less: You have 7 "holes" in your head to receive information, and you have one of those to relay information, so use those in proportion please! (2) Learned English grammar: Our first lesson of the day will be spelling. First...

Oh yeah, the 5.9s are horrible engines! Low compression gas hogs in slow R/Ts, not good :( And to think I used to want an R/T :bang:

    fors are gay

you're bragging about a 2000 Dodge Dakota? I used to have a 2001 w/ power options, extended cab (SLT), etc. Sure, it looks alright (especially the R/T) but the 3.9s STINK! Once you get about 3k rpm, it feels like the engine is going to fly apart. Not to mention the 318s in those Dakotas...

Thanks Mystic and AlmostStock :nice: Ok, I was about sure I'd have to bleed the brakes, but there was just a glimmer of hope I wouldn't have to :owned:

What all is involved in removing the brake booster (working on engine bay)?

Well, Simpy put, I recently painted my engine bay after sanding it down, but I didn't remove the brake booster. That along w/ a few other things, I'm basically not happy w/ what I did, so I'm going to go back and redo the engine bay. So I was wondering, what all is involved in removing...

Any way to prove friend has 347?

you can check the gear ratio by jacking up the rear end, put a spot/paint a spot on the driveshaft, turn the rear wheel 10x, and count how many times the driveshaft turns. If it turns 35.5, it's 3.55s :) if it turns 37.3 times, it's 3.73s :flag:

I just got my fuel cell in, I have a weird or dumb question, I guess

So, I have a new RCI 16 gallon fuel cell (sumped/drag cell) and I also opted to pay the extra $20 for the safety foam. Well, I was expecting the foam to be external type foam, but it's black foam on the inside of the fuel cell. Is this how it's supposed to be? I guess this helps it from...
