    not maybe, that would be obviously. Either way, I wouldnt waste my money on 5 - 10 horsepower. I was looking into a throttle body awhile ago. Not enough gain for the money spent in my opinion.

    Save your money. Apply it towards longtubes. Better yet, delete the cats gain 3 times the power of the throttle body for half the price.

    It would still be the same number of turns lock to lock. Would just require less distance for each turn. You might want to check with the state you live in. I know that pennsylvania has a minimum diameter steering wheel allowed.

    What pressure are you running? Gotta let some air out. I was pulling 1.7's the 18" et street radials. I was pulling consistent 1.8's on the stock perellis and i am in a manual.

    This I disagree with. I originally had a tune from Bama. I had a problem with the engine sounding like it was almost choking when I would try to rev match on a downshift. Bama updated the tune a few times and it didn't go away. They told me if they adjusted it anymore it would start to hurt...

    Here is my take. If you can afford to drop 400 for a dyno tune with no gain at all then I would do it just for the piece of mind that it is safe. I did and had my car dyno tuned (433 rwhp) and ran 11.7 @ 120. My friend who had the exact same setup ran a bama tune and turned 11.7 @ 120.

    My launch method on stock tires was to rev to 4500, fast slip of the clutch and not modulate the throttle until the clutch was fully engaged. Pulled consistent 1.8 60' times with this method. On a side note with the edition of longtubes and no cats I have gone 11.7 @ 119.5 mph on et streets

    Tuning question???

    Here is what I can tell you. I have a custom tune and my friend has a Bama tune. We have identical mods to our cars. We have run basically identical times at the track. 11.6 to 11.7 @120 mph. The only thing that I find as a great benefit is with a custom tune you know your safe engine wise.

    I always hammered mine right after. Never worried about it. Others may say different.
