    I had the same issue with my automatic where the ford parts guy said they don't sell the bushing kit anymore. However; they did still sell a whole output tail shaft housing. I guess not enough profit margin in selling a $8 part when you can make more selling the whole output tailshaft assembly.

    I re-read your OP. Looks like it's your friend/buddy/mechanic's idea to turbo your car. Unless it's completely 100% your idea and you're comfortable with it, and it doesn't seem like you are, I'd stay away from the 6 piece home-brew turbo kit.
