    yea no worries there, we will be going to the track, or one of my friends has a lot of property with a long private road that used to be owned by a pharmaceutical (sp) company. so chance of "getting caught" or "getting in trouble" ehh. dodgestang thanks for posting...again...! haha...

    didn't know where to post this..sorry if its in the wrong section.. Ok. a teacher at my school has a 2003 Infiniti G35 sports coupe with limited slip diff. and the "performance package" it is all stock. I have a 67 mustang coupe, 4bbl 302 (from a 68) slightly built C4 tranny with shift...

    Ok. Another question, can the gears in the rear end affect when it shifts? Sorry I am still new to this, as it is my first classic car, well and my first ever car.

    What should a C4 shift at? I am asking because mine seems to shift rather low, usually 3000 RPM's or lower. Is this right?

    What should my mustang idle at when it is in drive? it is a 67 coupe, with a 4 bbl 302 out of a 68. it has a holley 600 cfm 4 bbl carb, a 1 inch carb spacer and a edelbrock performer rpm intake. other than that the engine is stock (i think)although i think it may have a mild cam? this was sorta...

    i came across this turbocharger on eBay, claiming to fit ALL cars and trucks for extremely cheap. i am considering buying it, would you? i guess what i am asking is is worth it? there are two different ones...

    how can i tell if the back to barrels on my carb are working/ have had the car since April haven't ever messed with the carb before nor do i know much about them, i am only 17. so is there a way i can check? thanks in advance.. 67 mustang, with 302 from 68, holly 650 cfm 4bbl carb.

    i was wondering what you ran in your mustangs, i just run 93 octane (premium) in mine, but in the owners manual it says to us 99.8 octane or something like that?

    sorry for so many posts, i just thought of one last thing, i dont know if it makes any difference or not but it also has a holly 4bbl 600 cfm carb on it.

    what about my torque? and what is better torque or HP i want to (eventually) make this a nice looking car that i can cruise around town in and have some fun from light to light, and occasionally take it to the strip. where do i start on beefing it up, how much money? thanks.

    as i am sure you can tell i am pretty new to all of this. so i just have a couple more questions. what exacly is/is the difference between ported heads and non ported heads. also how much will the lower gears help my speed out, or are they hurting it?:shrug: :shrug: :shrug:
