    Romeo or Windsor or both?

    Ok, I have an 02 GT, my vin number has an X in it, running a vin decoder shows I have a windsor block, is that right? Everywhere i look in this forum says 99-01 have windsor blocks and 02 and newer have romeos. Any help on this? Also I have 11 valve cover bolts, so therefore I have romeo heads...
