    thanks everyone, especially 87 rock for the measurements. I finally just got the bbk-1660 (87-93) fitted to my car. it cost me an extra 80 bucks also to have it cut and rewelded. i dont think im gonna go back with any bbk products. i dont even want their sticker under my hood really.:mad:

    What could cause me to lose power steering under heavy braking?

    my steering pump does have a slight whine to it, and like you said at low rpms is the only time I've noticed a change in the steering. Could that be the cause of the two inches of play in the steering? Thank you.

    difference in throttle body gasket and egr spacer gasket?

    alright...i got it! there was a port on the opposite ends from all the wires coming out of the box. I just crimped on a female end and shift light is working perfect. Thanks alot to the people that helped me.:nice:
