    There are a few variants to the 3650. My 02 has the .62 OD and it's the original tranny. It seems that Ford mixed and matched the ratios a bit.

    My 02 is finicky going into reverse as well. I just put it in 1st, then reverse and never have a problem. As for the rest, are you still using the stock shifter? When I put my MGW shifter in, it cleaned up a lot of the sloppy shift feel.

    I think 75-140 is the now correct weight. And yes, Royal Purple already has a friction modifier in it, so you don't need any extra. Also, if they are completely rebuilding the diff including bearings, why not go ahead and put new gears in it and save the money?

    Just for a little info... The Cobra rear brakes use the same caliper as the GT...you would still need the tool to turn the pistons in. But why not go ahead and buy it? It's only like $10 or so. I don't know about the aftermarket kits.
