    GMS tb problem

    This TB came with the adapter plate. Bolts on in 15 minutes including farting around with the shaker scoop. If I am getting this correctly, the electronics on this TB are NOT the problem ? Switching them with the stock unit is NOT what I should do ? I need an SCT tuner and a better CAI.

    I use the Rain-X "arced" (?) blade on my winter car. Pricey, but, work great. Even with the salt they don't streak. Haven't replaced the Mustang's yet, but, I'll go that way unless these crap out like the cheap ones.

    My shaker was installed at the dealer. More show than go, but, is great looking. Mine has been routed in my CAI, so, I can say it is still "funtional". I would spend the money elsewhere if I had to do it again. The upside= cool looks, not everyone has one.

    My synchros went bad at 14 K, due to "spirited acceleration", only into 2nd as that's the gear that gets most of the abuse. I have the Hurst & I use it. Replaced under warranty.
